I wish some one could help me on this. I got a mail from someone and part of the characters were missing.

Have no idea why this happens. A screenshot is attached.

Any ideas?

Is it always lost or random? Which Outlook version are your used?

Which account are you used in Outlook? If it's Exchange account, please try it in OWA to confirm.

Additional, please try to change the font and format for testing.
