When I send emails containing certain attachments, to certain people, they are received but with attachments missing. But it is much more complicated than that.
- The recipient generally receives PDF files Ok as attachments, but anything else is missing . On some occasions even PDF files have gone missing
- I only have this problem with one person I send emails to. Seems to be no problem with other recipients. His email address is of the format xxxx.yyyy@sedgmoor.plus.com if that helps
- I can send emails OK to this person with any attachments if I send them directly from the internet and don't use Outlook
How can this be fixed?
