Mobile E-Mail
I have muliple 755's (Sprint) accessing their email. However, I have one gentleman that receives mail that he had deleted over a year ago. I looked on our Manger Server and he is set up just like everyone else. THe only difference between him and everyone is that he was the very first person to receive the phone. (he was our tester). We are running Exchange Server 03 and i beleive sp2. My thought was as simple as deleting his name and redoing him on the server. Has anyone come across a problem similar to this?

Yes I would first check the reconcillation settings on the handheld and any rules. and it is not a bad idea to recreate his account on server.Vinod

Hi,
If this is the only user who have this issue. Please recreate the partnership between mobile device and server or the user's account, then test the issue again.
Can you reproduce the issue, or it just happen for one time?
