I have been asked by my management to monitor / filter all incoming emails for a certain sender (external to our company), and then copy all of those emails to management.Our setup is: Exchange 2003 on Server 2003. Single installation, on same server as AD. Also running Microsoft Antigen.Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi, There is no such feature in exchange 2003 (exchange 2007 should be able to perform this). If all these mails are for a single mailbox you could add a forwarder (another mailbox) to this mailbox and then create an Outlook rule that performs the things you want. Leif
