Monitoring information store
Seeking some advice on how we can monitor information store status. We had a few of the stores dismounted over the years and am I tired of not knowing when it happened.
We are using Opmanager (Version 9.2) and they don't seem to have the capability. On their forum they advise to monitor a file/folder change as an alternative (I am not sure if its a valid answer).
Currently our servers are 2003 Exchange with SP2.

Hi tntrac,
You also can go to check the related events in app log.
If you cannot see any error, you can increase the logging levels for Information store to have a try.

Thanks Evan.
Would I be able to set a trigger alert (notification) from the event ID if it occurs?

On Windows Server 2008, we can create an event-triggered action from Event Viewer, but on windows 2003, you may need other tool to do that.
