Hi Can anybody tell me how to move Mailbox Server Role from Typical installation to separate server. I want to deploy SCC for mailbox server. Current Environment All Servers are Windows 2003 SP2 (32-bit for DC and 64-bit for Exchange) One Domain Controller (DC Server Name : DC-01) One Exchange Server (with Mailbox,Hub and Client Access Server role) installed (Exchange Server Name : EX-01) . With SCC for Exchange 2007 the mailbox role cannot coexist with any other role. So you will need two more servers for the SCC cluster. One you have installed and configured them, you can migrate the mailboxes to the SCC cluster from the current server. Once this is done, you can uninstall the mailbox role from the current server.
