Move specific sender to recipient folder on Exchange 2003
Hi, I would like to setup an email rule in Server side that apply to all users like this: when user receive an email from specific sender, then the email will be moved to a specific folder in recipient mailbox. For example, when an email from admin@domain1.com, then the email will be moved to "Mail from Admin" folder in recipient side. (Moreover, it would be excellent if the folder can be created automatically if it is not exist in users mailbox) Can this be done in Exchange 2003? Please advise. Thanks Best Regards, Jack Chan

(Moreover, it would be excellent if the folder can be created automatically if it is not exist in users mailbox). This is not possible with Exchange 2003. This can be done using Exchange 2007/2010 with the help of Messaging records management. As long as server side rule is concern you can create it on one outlook profile. (I am not sure if the same can be achieve using Outlook admin templates ) Import it and send it to all users with the instruction of how to import that rule. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Not to my knowledge... You can simply send that rule to all users with the instruction and ask them to import it. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
