Moving ISA to new hardware
Hi Folks,Really looking for a few pointers and some advice, as this is the first time I've deployed ISA.Have a plan in my head, but need advice from people who have experience moving ISA to new hardware. This is what I was thinking:> Extract all config from current machine (OS, ISA, VPN, IP config etc)> Server build & configuration as much as possible, with required services etcwhilst old machine is still running> Apply all patches> Set network interfaces with same config> Remove current server from domain> Same server name for new server and join to domain> Setup RAS & routing> Load XML config file for ISAI'm looking minimise the disruption as much as possible, before connecting the new machine. I presume the ISA version and service pack will need to be the exact same on new machine? Does the Server OS version and service pack have to be the exact same? Is there any other config that needs to be the same on the new machine?Any help is greatly appreciated.Cheers
