Moving the database is documented in Technet. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb201714(EXCHG.80).aspx It will require downtime, and if the users don't close Outlook then they may get errors or find that things don't work correctly until they restart it. Thanks dear for quick reply but is this step will keep logs on the old path without any change and if user didn't close it only this error will come and only close reopen outlook will be sufficient. last to move 350 GB how much down time will required? thanks dear

Hi, If you just move the database, that will not affect the log files path. For the time, that depends on the I/O performance. It's hard to say what exact time it is. Thanks AllenAllen Song

If you have a 350gb database and have the space to move it, personally I would be looking to split that database up in to smaller ones. You can have up to four databases on Exchange 2007 standard. Create new databases and then move the mailboxes using Move Mailbox. When finished, drop the original mailbox database. I would also suggest that you upgrade from Exchange 2007 SP1 to at least SP2 or SP3. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources
