I am moving an exchange 2007 sp2 server from one location to another. We only have one office and one exchange server so this is not a complicated environment. the only thing that is really changing is the IP address which is different at the new location. Is this as simple as it sounds or should i be cautious and watch out for anything? Any tips would be helpful Thanks

You will have to change the Exchange server's MX record in DNS to reflect the new IP address.

As Maumen said, change the MX record at your ISP level and ask them to MAP it to your firewall or any device that you have on the perimeter network.Raj
