1. There's no need to move the system attendant, SMTP or system mailboxes. You might want to move the GroupShield mailbox if you plan on using that on Exchange 2010 though. Hi Sonadi, No, you don't need to move. If the store is then deleted, the System Attendant mailbox will be moved automatically into another mailbox store on the server (ie the HomeMDB value on the directory object will be updated).
