Moving mialboxes from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007
My company was recently brought out and the new comapny is going to use Exchange 2007. My company is currently on Exchnage 2003. I need to find out the best practice to use to move the employees who are remianing to the the new Exchange 2007 server. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi,If the Exchange servers are installed in the same organization (or domains that are connected via a private network) you can use the move mailbox from Exchange 2007 console or shell.If the domains are not connected you can use exmerge to extract the mailboxes and import the data using the shell.Leif

I agree with Leif. If you are on different Domain teen you need to have trust and between domains and you will have to migrate your AD account using ADMT tools and then you can either exmerge your mailbox.
