This problem suddenly appeared. When I send something to the blocked senders list I am informed it is NOW IN BLOCKED SENDERS LIST. but when I check the blocked senders list the address is not listed, in fact I have sent a lot of stuff to the blocked senders list and it is now EMPTY............. WHERE ARE THESE ADDRESSES GOING?

Hi,
What if you go to the "Junk E-mail Options" dialog, then add an email address directly to the "Blocked Senders" list from there?
What about the Safe Senders and Safe Recipient lists?
What is the type of account configured in Outlook (POP3, IMAP or Exchange/MAPI)?
If this is an Exchange email account, the Blocked Senders list is sync'd on the Exchange server. Please have a check on Outlook Web App (OWA) and see if the addresses are still there.
