Good morning all, I am using Extraoutlook to open/run multiple Outlook Profiles simultaneously; the two profiles are 'Outlook' and 'Bulletin'. My problem is that when changing the setting for one mailbox profile, say set Read Receipts to Default on the 'Bulletin' profile, the next time the profiles are opened the setting is changed for both profiles (so both Mailboxes will have Set Read Receipt to Default). How do I set the 'Bulletin' profile to have Read Receipts by default without affecting the 'Outlook' profile? Thanks :)

Those are not per profile settings, but rather are set at the Outlook client level as you have seen. You can either set read recipients at a per message level or use OWA for one mailbox and Outlook for the other

That's unfortunate. The Outlook Web App is very limited and a pain to use. Oh well- thanks for a definitive answer.

Have a similar situation the only workaround that we have had is that we use Citrix for one and Outlook on the desktop for the others. Also, another env has used app-v to package Outlook so you can have 2 running at the same time. These workarounds are only good if you have the infrastructure already in place, I wouldn't deploy just for this.Sukh
