Multiple Address Books in One Exchange 2003
Hi All
I need your help with this unique question. By no means I am exchange expert. here is this question...
In my company we have few diffrent sales units and they compete with each other. I need to create 3 diffrent address books in exchange in way that these 3 address books can only be viewed by specific user/groups (e.g. A group can only able to view A address book). These Address books can have similar email address, I mean 1 email address in 2 or 3 diffrent Address books. I already have these email addresses in 1 address book in exchange. I manage to create these address books in exchange there will be 200 email addresses in each group.
Is it possible? is there any other solution which is close to this?
I hope I am able to give you a clear picture. I will be very thank full for any pointers
Cheers
Ajay
Thanks

Hi,
What you can do is create three address-books and assign those address-books to mailbox stores. Here you can seperate the users in the groups you want by placing their mailbox in another mailbox db.
Maybe this is an option for you.
