Multiple MailBoxes
What version of exchange? If 2010 Exchange will automatically add the mailbox to their outlook profile once you grant them full mailbox access, if you using 2007 or 2003 than you will have to manually add it to each profile. Another option is to go with third party which can send as any of the 10 smtp addresses using one account. http://ivasoft.com/whichaddress2010.shtmlJames Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hi All, recently i was tasked to create 10 mail boxes which would be accessed by different users and they need to send the mails from this account as well. I was thinking to use shared mail boxes and then granting them send-as permission and full access permission, it should work fine. But I have a question, how a user can simultaneously add all the ten mail boxes (as one user need to access all these boxes and including his personal one). Is there an easy method for this. Instead of adding 10 mailboxes for a user and then themself are lost in outlook emails. Can we make it bit more straight and productive. Thanking you all in advance.
