When I book an appointment with myself as Required person or anybody else from within my organization and book a meeting room as an Resource I experience problem when I try to delete that exact meeting. If I delete the meeting from my own calendar the meeting will in the meeting room calendar be shown as meeting canceled. It is after woods not possible to remove the "canceled meeting" text in the meeting room calendar(even though I am owner for the meeting) canceling the meeting from my own calendar. But if I cancel the meeting in the meeting room calendar we succeed in deleting the appointment and after woods it's possible in my own calendar to delete the appointment complete. How can we setup the exchange server to make it delete the appointment in both calendars when owner or administrator deletes the appointment in his own calendar?
