I currently have an Email box label "Customer Sales" that has multiple users in it at any given time. I have a program installed on their PC's that needs to have caching enabled on the outlook clientfor some email templates. The problem is with caching enabled mail that has been deleted by other users does not reflect instantly in everyones view of the mailbox.It deletes the mail message that has been cached to the client but others users don't see the change which people have pointed out takes a long time. I changed some timing for updating the views but it hasn't worked. Anyone else ever had this problem and if so is there a solution I am missing. I have Exchange 2003 Server & Outlook 2003 clients.

Make "Customer Sales" a Public Folder.
