I have a situation where the user reports multiple copies of the same message being sent to a particular recipient. It happens at random and with different recipients. When viewing the message, it reads like a message that has been replied to many times, but it is the same message over and over and over and over... The repeat pattern count is not always the same, and it occurs from both the mobile device and the Outlook client. I have read the other threads, which are similar, but nothing seems to work... very frustrating!

Hi Kyle, How many senders have this problem? If only one please try some basic troubleshooting firstly. 1 Try OWA. 2 Rebuild a new Outlook profile. 3 Try a new Windows profile 4 Make sure there's no Outlook rule.Rowen TechNet Community Support
