Multiple email adresses
Hello , Recently one of my coleagues got married and changed her name , so she asked me to create a new mail address for her , and make all the necesarry changes so that when she replyes , even to the emails coming to her old mail account , the account she would be repling from would be the new account i've just created . I've createad the new mail address and have set it to primary under the email addresses tab in the user properties under AD users and computers management . She does receive mails for both email accounts (ana.XXXX@ourdomain.com and ana.YYY@ourdomain.com ) and when she replies to a internal email account it does work like it should , but when she replies to an outside email address , she replies from the old email account ( the one witch isn't set as primary ). Also i forgot to mention that we're running a exchange server 2003 machine (we're upgrading it this summer but until then I need to do this) Thanks in advance .

Hi,
Please make sure you have unchecked Automatically update email addresses based on recipient policy on the users email addresses tab.
The issue can be a temporary DC replication issue. Please check it again this time, see if it can be reproduced. If the issue persists, please restart Exchange System Attendant service and IIS service.
Thanks,
Elvis
