If the users have @mexicomail.contoso.com e-mail addresses, then you would want to create an autodiscover DNS record, yes.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.". Hi,Then I think we have to force outlook user to use local autodiscover. We need to publish the CAS in site2.We have to add preferlocalxml DWORD and then create the xml file. You can follow the steps below: 1. Close Outlook 2007 2. Open regedit* 3. Open HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Autodiscover 4. Add a new DWORD: PreferLocalXML = 1 5. Add a new REG_SZ: "Your Domain Name" for example abc.domain.com = path of a new file that you are going to create in following step for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\OutlookAutoDiscover\abc.domain.com.XML 6. Create your.xml file an put the following in the xml file <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><Autodiscover xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/autodiscover/responseschema/2006"><Response xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/autodiscover/outlook/responseschema/2006a"> <Account> <AccountType>email</AccountType> <Action>settings</Action> <Protocol> <Type>EXCH</Type> <Server>FQDN of your Exchange server</Server> </Protocol> </Account></Response></Autodiscover> 7. Open Outlook and see if you get the popup for Auto Discover from Domain.com Regards, Xiu
