I have multiple users who have 3 or 4 shared mail box's added to there Outlook as well as there personal one.
The issue is when they send on behalf of a shared mailbox the sent item goes into there personal mailbox.
I have tried the following steps
Linked and unlinked mailboxe's
Ensured they have full send as and full access to the shared mail box's
Added a registry key as advised on the Microsoft support site.
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
"DelegateSentItemsStyle"=dword:1)
The key did not resosolve the issue but the mail is now stuck in my outbox but is being delivered.
Any ideas?
