I have trouble copying an email, rather than moving it to a folder, and I could not find out how to forward an email.
Hi,
Thanks for your question. Could you please let me know the version number of your Outlook client? What's the challenge with the "Delete" option?
To copy an email in Outlook client, just select the specific email message in Outlook, then use CTRL+C and CTRL+V keyboard shortcuts for copying and pasting.
Please note that in Outlook, the drag and drop behavior is to always move the item, not copy (unless the source is a public location such as a Public Folder or SharePoint List.)
To forward an email, double click the email from the message list, then click "Forward" button from the ribbon.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance.

Are you using Outlook on the desktop?
Assuming Outlook on the desktop, to add to Ethan's comments, you can right click and drag this will bring up dialog with move/copy options. Ctrl+Drag is copy.
