Based on your issue, as far as I know there is no options to adjust the speed of animation in Power View.

But I suggest you post your issue to Power View forum to get more help, maybe you can get result from Power View forum.

Hi all,

I'm using Excel 2013 and I have a Powerview animation (Bubble Chart with a play axis). My problem is that the Powerview animation runs too fast and it is difficult to grab the meaning of the animation. My time period on the animation timeline is July 2013 to May 2015 based on monthly data. I don't think this has to do with the length of timeline (or may be I'm wrong?).

Is there a way to change the animation settings?
