check that this recipient is not hidden from the address list
To unhide a mailbox from the address lists, follow these steps:
1. Open the Properties dialog box for the mailbox-enabled user account by double-clicking the user name in the Exchange Management Console.
2. On the General tab, select the Hide From Exchange Address Lists
uncheck box and then click OK.MCP, MCSE 2000 , MCSA 2000 ,MCSA 2003 , MCITP , MCTS , MCT

Hi suman,
Any updates on your issue?
If the issue persists, please help me to clarify the following information:
1.
When do you get the error? Could you describe it in detail?
2.
Please follow these steps to check the user in the ADUC:
Start->Administrative Tools->Active Directory Users and Computers->Active Directory Users and Computer->domain.com->Users
If the user is not in the ADUC, this may the name is not correct.
If the user is in the ADUC, but cannot find in the GAL, please follow Mohamed’s suggestion to uncheck hide in the GAL.
Thanks,
Evan
