We had a user get married so we naturally changed the users profile to reflect the new last name but now it is not showing up in the global directory. Any ideas on how to fix this problem.

Any update? You can use the EMC or the Shell to update the offline address book (OAB). After you create an OAB or modify OAB settings, the changes aren't available to users until the OAB generation (OABGen) process has completed.Noya Lau TechNet Community Support
