Name not coming up after married name change
We had a user get married so we naturally changed the users profile to reflect the new last name but now it is not showing up in the global directory. Any ideas on how to fix this problem.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem. You mean the Offline Address Book, right? Wait for the OAB generation to run (it only happens once a day unless you've altered the default schedule), and then make sure you've downloaded the OAB changes (Outlook only does that, at most, once a day -- usually a little while after you start Outlook). --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Any update? You can use the EMC or the Shell to update the offline address book (OAB). After you create an OAB or modify OAB settings, the changes aren't available to users until the OAB generation (OABGen) process has completed.Noya Lau TechNet Community Support
