Hi,I've checked on a few different forums, including the Exchange Server > Compliance forum here on TechNet and didn't really find an answer to my question. What I need to do is generate a report somehow of all of the messages currently stored in a mail-enabled public folder and the date and time they were received. I can look at the message tracking logs in Exchange Management Console, but they only go back 30 days, and I need this report to contain all the data between 1/1/2009 and 12/31/2009. From this information I'm hoping to perform some analysis on the daily usage of this public folder over the past year. If anyone knows of a way to retrieve this information with the tools that are included with Exchange that would be great, but I'm open to using third-party tools as well as long as they're not too time-consuming or expensive to use.I'm currently using Exchange 2007.

You are correct , you can analyze the logs but the issue is only for last 30 days. I think there are tools which can really make your life easy , when it comes to reporting on exch 2007.Have a look into this http://www.promodag.com/products/reports/reports.aspx Raj
