Can you remote to the users workstation in the other site?If your policy allows you to logon as that user (I see you already have), log on as that user on a workstation in the same Site as him.OliverOliver Moazzezi | Exchange MVP, MCSA:M, MCTS:Exchange 2010, BA (Hons) Anim | http://www.exchange2007.com | http://www.exchange2010.com | http://www.cobweb.com |

Hi, Please try to use DCdiag to check the health of the DCs in the user site. Also please ensure the communication between DCs in each site. Please check the record in DNS. Besides, please look at the article below and try to solve the problem. Error message when an account tries to open a mailbox by using Outlook Web Access or Exchange Web Services in Exchange Server 2007: "You do not have permissions to open this mailbox" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940846 Regards, Xiu

Hello,I actually ran into the same problem.Mine was wired because I had the ability to view the same mailbox through OWA and one browser and could not on a second one (both are IE 7).The scenario is this: I have just added the My Inbox webpart to My Site in MOSS 2007 running on Windows Server 2008 and Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise 32 bit version on a virtual machine.I was able to view the Inbox Webpart on one browser but not on another computer, referencing the same url. I got this same error Chukwudi had.If you have a solution or recommendation, please share.Thanks.

Hello All,I just did something and it worked for me.I noticed that the error comes up when someone who is logged on with his profile attempts to view a page that has someone else mailbox(My Inbox webpart)To solve this, whenever you have the error, log out of the application (OWA or MOSS 2007), close the browser and login again withthe correct credential of the right person who is supposed to view the mailbox(My Inbox webpart or OWA).Navigate to the page that has the webpart and view it.I think this is more of a permission issue - which is as a result of the fact that a logged in user is not allowed to see the mailbox of other users. So, I think this will help you. Try it and get back to us.
