Need help--outside organization recipient can't receive user's email if user takes initiative to send out an email
some users (not everyone) tried to send an email to ourside organization recipients, but outside recipients did not get the emails. when outside recipients sent emails to my users, they can reply and outside recipient can get my users' replies. Please help. I don't know where to check.

Wow... thank you for the tip. I found they are all in "Poison Queue". Now I need to work on the "poison queue" now. Any quick fix for that?
