Need help calculating values in Excel that correspond to a pre-defined value. Consider example below -

If 1 = 100, 2 = 125, 3 = 150, 4 = 175, 5 = 200, then how do I calculate the score for 160? I need this for measuring performance metrics of certain individuals at work. Can this be achieved?
