Need immediate help please......
Ok, wierd problem here. Ive got an nvidia 680i board, logitech g15 keyboard, and g5 laser mouse. Everything was working, did the usual reboot of my system, no my usb mouse will not function in XP. The lights on the mouse are on. The control panel lists my mouse and the correct current drivers, in the mouse thing in control panel my mouse is listed also. I have tried unpluggin the mouse, uninstalling all mouse related software, rebooting plugging it in and reinstalling the software. Windows will make the sound it makes when it finds / installs new hardware but the mouse still doesnt work. Ive tried using the usb port the keyboard is plugged into, doesnt fix it "keyboard works" Ive tried using the case usb ports, nothing still dont work. Now, before anyone jumps to saying replace the mouse, nope. The mouse is 100% functional. I can boot into Vista Home Premium and the mouse is 100% flawless and working. I do not understand why it no longer works in XP. Ive not made any changes to anything. My USB keyboard works fine, i can hook up my digital camera it works also. Please someone help.
