Need to add corporate disclaimer to emails.
Hi all. Hopefully someone can h elp me with this. We've just installed Exchange 2003 Server with clients using Outlook 2007. What I would like to do is have all outgoing emails have a corporate disclaimer set as a footer. Everything I've seen so far suggest using a 3rd party software. Can anyone help on this?Martin PereiraAsst. Systems Manager.Solomon's Mines Limited.Nassau, Bahamas.

I believe that is your only route for 2003 (at least we ended up using our SMTP gateway to address this- at the time there was no option)- Exchange 2007 has this natively. I know some AV products will do this but never used them so not sure how reliable they are.yes

I ended up using a third party software for my signature requirements. We use Symprex Mail Signature Manager. It works great.

We went with a 3rd party solution also. We had to do something a little fancier than just a disclaimer so we ended up using Exclaimer, which is great.http://www.exclaimer.com/products/mail-utilities.aspx

I personally recommend www.exclaimer.com which works very well and is not that expensive. Many customers using their product with no complaints.MVP Exchange Server

Hi,Did you install Exchange SDK?The location of the vb script is random. To make thesubsequent steps implement easier, you can save the vbscript in C:\ThanksAllen
