Hi, yesterday I created 4 new distribution groups. You can only see/use them if you use OWA. If users use the main Outlook client (2007) they cannot see/use the 4 new DG's? All existing DG's working normally. Exchange is version 2007 on a server 08 box. Any ideas? Thanks, Steve

Hi, If the users are using Outlook in cached mode they need the DG's in the OAB before they can see them. Did the OAB generation run successfully last night? Try to have the users download the OAB to see if that fixes the issue Leif

Hi, From your description, the issue should be Outlook cache mode. By the way, how do you manually download OAB? You can try to download OAB manually: Outlook -> Tools -> Send/Receive -> Download Address Book -> Select Full -> Click OK. Wait for some time to download it and then check. If you still can’t see them, there will be some problems in Sync. And you can check them after 48 hours. Hope this helps. ThanksSophia Xu
