New Exchange 2010 into Exchange 2003 Infrastructure
Hello,
We are planning to add one more new Exchange server with latest version which is Exchange 2010
We already have Exchange 2003 SP2, i want to know can we directly jump to Exchange 2010 from Exchange 2003 SP2
Also, i want to know there will be any issue with the existing Exchange 2003?
What kind of software/additional software will required for deployment of Exchange server 2010
What thing i need to take care before/after deployment of Exchange 2010
Regards,
Swapnil

There should be no problem, 2010 is designed to coexist with 2003. Here are a few links to help you:

The only one that could occur is if you're using application based on WebDAV, they needs to be ported to use EWS instead since WebDAV has been removed
Check the links that Tim posted, start with them and post back if you have any further questions

Other things to think about are your MX records where the entry will be into your Org, i.e will you move over to 2010
and the email being sent out externally, consider moving the routing to the 2010 server (create a send connector)
You also want to consider your external namespace if you're using OWA/EAS etc...will have tomove your namespace over too, and think about a co-exitence namespace if you're not doing a 'big bang' migration.Sukh
