I cannot initialize mailboxes using loadgen.

I can send email to my install user fine in OWA.

The loadgen init users, they get stuck in OWA at setting the timezone.

I have three servers running 2012R2. They all have all Exchange services.

I have a 4th server only CAS for a future witness for DAG, but no DAG is up yet.

loagen log says nothing very helpful.

Were you able to complete the testing. What was the solution.

I was able to use CU4- SP1 and loadgen worked after setting the usual remote unsigned in powershell.

I setup a new lab yesterday with CU8 and Loadgen kicked in after modifying the mailboxes using Set-mailbox -Applymandatoryproperties.

All looks good.

Would be useful if the loadgen doc got updated with the new requirements. I searched high and low for hours without a clue. This loadgen may be a utility for some but it is a core business requirement for those that need to populate exchange for applied use cases. Where is this command? I know it's in the shell- but the loadgen doc should be updated in context with the exchange 2013 cu-x releases.

Applymandatoryproperties still didn't work. I had three exchange nodes with mailbox and cas roles. Cu8 would never work.

Exact same error. I have tried all sorts of changes with database permissions.  But no joy. Exchange servers built on 2012 r2 but still get the same error as above.  Any assistance massively appreciated.

Apply mandatory. .does not work. I'm running out of ideas. 

Any pre reqs I could be missing that aren't documented? 

I had to start over- cu4-/ sp1. I was wondering if having multiple cas services confused the loadgen and nothing replied using the right service or something. It cost me many many many hours. In virtualization- I would clone and try at baseline exchange states so it's less painful to start over. I wish others would make good data gen tools for free other than this POS.... Maybe the single instance is the only way it works.i bet Microsoft QA only uses a single server to claim everything just works.

I did have it working in a lab with 2 CAS and 2 MBX, so that gave me hope that it would work again.

It's failing, like in the error code above, at the build store part. I appreciate Loadgen 2013 was made well in advance of later exchange 2013 releases but there must be something that can be configured to make it work.

It even fails with manually configured mailboxes with the same error.
