No Deleted items folder outlook 2010 (PST) now accidemtally deleted all my key email folders-help please

If anyone an help this will be a real life saver.

I was tidying subfolders today and deleted one. Somehow all subfolders vanished form my inbox. These are key items.

I was aware for some time that I had no deleted items folder but kept putting that off. Googling didnt help.

Now I cant find my lost folders and find any restore buttons. I found this instruction:

"   click on the Folder tab, and then choose Recover Deleted Items. NOTE: If your Recover Deleted Items icon is grayed-out then follow the steps below to enable it:

Press Windows key + R (This will bring up the Run dialog)

In the Run dialog box type regedit and press Enter"

The trouble is it only workd on Exchange.   I cant believe I actually deleted it. Im not really sure what happened, but I really need to find these ails and to not to anything to lose them permanently.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

What type of email account are you using? IMAP or POP3?

If we login to the webmail interface, can you see the missing folders from there?

In addition, we can also try starting Outlook with /resetfolders switch to see if it helps. This command restores missing folders at the default delivery location. To do this, exit Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /resetfolders and press Enter.

Please let me know the result.
