I use quickbooks which provides a backup service through Symantecs- swapdrive. I have windows vista home and recently did a clean reinstall. After I reinstalled the backup software and started getting the error of no disk i also noticed that the external drive letter had been changed during the reinstall although the drive itself had nothing to do with the reinstall. Here is the error: Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x758792A0 0x00000004 0x758792A0 0x758792A0I keep thinking that since these codes are generated that somwhere there is a definition for them and have been searching the net but no luck. I am just not sure how to proceed to figure this out and correct the problem.Thanks, Bob
