No Incoming Mail
We have an Exchange 2007 server running on Windows Server 2003 ENT x64. It was previously one domain and I changed the mailboxes to reflect the new domain. I made this domain the Authoritative Relay and we can send messages just fine but I
cannot receive any. I left all of the firewall rules the same since they weren't domain-specific just IP specific. The Pubil Address has had it's r-DNS set up to point where it should we just don't receive emails. Any assistance with this
would be great.
Thanks in advance!KC MCTS, MCP

What about the MX record. You need to create one for the new domain at the public DNS. More details on getting the DNS setup right:

You may also want to test your DNS configuration with one of the many free DNS testing tools available online.

I had thought that I made the company that was hosting the old POP account change their record to our server, but that didn't seem to help. We contacted our datacenter and had them create an MX record. That worked, for some reason. I
am guessing that my OWA not working has something to do with the old SSL certificate then. Thanks for the response. Looks like we were on the right track.KC MCTS, MCP
