No list in Blocked senders

I thought I had already posted a question on this subject but I cannot find it so bear with me if I am repeating myself.....here goes

I know how to find my blocked senders list, like I know where it is but it shows empty. I used too send tons of rubbish to BSL, suddenly it is empty. I wish that were all but its not. If I send something to BSL it disappears into the bowels of my Pee Cee. Nothing finds its way in my BSL UNLESS I type it in manually. Whoever can solve this problem goes straight on my Christmas Card List and could possibly get a Knighthood. ........as a bonus
