user is sending mail by using email id enabled group ie (abc@domain.com is group name) keeping in from and to same group id, but no one recived that mail also no bounce back mail, plese find mail tracking screen shot.needed RCA ... plz help..

only email id enable Distribution Group not the mail box, thats because no NDR message recived .needed RCA ... plz help..
