Word itself does not issue such a dialog; it must be coming from an AddIn.
I know nothing of Citrix so am not sure what effect it might have, but does this happen when you open Word documents normally, or only when you print them? Does it happen when you go to print a document you already have open?
Does it happen if you start Word in safe mode (right click, then press and hold Ctrl while clicking "print" and waiting, then reply yes to the prompt)?

Hi Mike,
As Tony said, Word itself does not issue such a dialog, for this situation, we suggest you try to contact the critix administrator in your company.

Hi,
I had the same trouble (Office 2007, Sharepoint 2010).
I think the cause of this problem is corrupted Word template (Normal.dot).
I deleted the Normal.dot and the problem was solved.

Word 2007 does not use a normal.dot template, so it could indeed be the source of the problem.
