we have uninstall Kingsoft office and installed MS office 2013 but while opening word file getting error. 

error- word experienced an error trying to open file

Request you to please help it.

As I have asked in my first reply, does this happen with all existing Word documents, or particular ones? What about the new created documents with Microsoft Word 2013?

If this only happens with particular documents, probably they are corrupted. Try to open them with the "Open and Repair" option and see if you can open the files:

• Start Word. Go to FILE>Open>Computer>Browser
• In the Open dialog box, click to select the file that you want to open.
• Click the down arrow on the Open button, and then click "Open and Repair".

If this happens with all existing documents, even happens with Word 2013 new created file, please try to repair Office 2013 from Control Panel, and see if issue persists.
