Not all Outlook subfolders appear in Mail App
I am on my company's Exchange Server and many of my subfolders that are in Outlook (and are accessible via all of my other apps - Outlook, Outlook
on Web, Android phone apps, etc.) are not visible/accessible on the Mail App. I have as Surface 2 Pro running Windows 8.1

Hi,
As per the information and details provided by you, follow these steps to solve this issue: -
You can use the Office Outlook app on your Android phones or tablets.
Download the Microsoft Outlook app or search for Outlook in Google play with your Android device.
After the install, tap Get Started.
Next, select the account that you like to add.
Sign in to the account and the Microsoft Outlook app will begin to sync with that account.
If the mail apps do not appear in Outlook Web Access, connect to the same mailbox in Outlook with the Cached Exchange Mode option turned off.
I hope this information will be helpful for you.
Thanks and regards
