O365 Exchange RoutingAgentFactory

Hi, All:

Exchange local server , we can use 

Install-TransportAgent -Name "MyCustomAgent" -TransportAgentFactory "MyAgents.MyAgentFactory" -AssemblyPath "C:\myagents\MyAgent.dll"

now in O365 Exchange , how can i do like this.
