OAB Errors
I recently had an issue with my Exchange server. I had to set up a backup server, backup the data by peforming a combination of moving mailboxes and exporting PST from Outlook when offline, reload the original server and move all the
mailboxes from the backup server to the rebuilt server. There were disk errors that prevented me from getting a good backup of Exchange before it crashed. After getting everything back in place I am getting errors in the Event Viewer Application
Logs on the Exchange server and Send/Receive errors in Outlook. I do have copies of the database files for the public store before the server crashed (not the private store database files though they were damaged by faulty HDD's). I am also getting critical
alerts when I run the Exchange BPA - 3 separate Offline address book replica not found alerts, Version 2, Version 3a, and Version 4. Below are the following App Log errors:

I want to know what I can do to fix the problem, but I am also curious how serious of an issue this is. Any and all help/information would be greatly appreciated!

What version of Exchange?
It looks like you need to reset the system public folders. Here's a guide for how to do that in Exchange 2003:
