Hi there, I'm trying to let OAB download to ActiveSync devices, but I can't, and searched a lot around, but I couldn't find anything, even whether possible at all. Synchronisation of mail works fine, but I would like to have OAB downloaded if supported. We are using Exchange 2007 SP1, and ISA 2006 as a Firewall. Thank you for any help

Hi, You can not download the OAB to Mobile devices. A Mobile device using ActiveSync is not the same as an Outlook client in cached mode. Your users should be able to search the Company directory from the device. Thanks Will

Thank you for reply. I fact when I wrote OAB, I was thinking for GAL, but in meantime I realised the way to use to get contacts of company. Thanks again for replying
