OAB generation content restriction

Hi! I have a scenario from a client. They want to have to different GAL/OAB that have different content. But they want on list to have company information only and the other one to have company and private info.

One list will be available to most users but the one with the private info will only be available to limited users.

If you have a setup that can do this I would greatly appreciate the info.

I had a scenario in mind but if don't know if it's feasible:

Using AD rights to restrict access to the private info and then using two different mailbox to generate to OAB each with appropriate rights.

Any Thougths or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi 

You may be able to do this with details template update - I haven't done it personally but worth a look. I am unsure how you would create separate details template for separate GAL...

Tks for the info but this is not the scenario I'm looking for.

I'm using the standard fields. I just want one GAL/AOB to show personal fields and the other one not to.

Hi,

We can create two OAB and specify which OAB will be downloaded by linking the OAB directly to a recipient's mailbox. But it's not possible to restrict access to some private information in AD. And the OAB organization mailbox is just for generating OAB.
