Hello, Newbie here. What would cause a offline address book not to download in Outlook 2007. I found this link but not sure if this is the answer. Do I really need to correct this on the server end? Thank you in advance.

Yes...most likely this is a server-side configuration issue. To help troubleshoot, I will need you to post the following four things: 1) Get-OABVirtualDirectory | fl 2) Crtl-rightclick the outlook icon in your system tray, select Test Email AutoConfiguration, uncheck the two Guessmart box and post the results. 3) Verify that Web Distribution is enabled for the OAB (Organization -> Mailbox node) and make sure your CAS server is listed as a distribution point 4) Do you have redirection set on the Default Web Site?
