Exchange 2013 CU6

I confirmed the issue about OAB which doesn't update sometimes,

As temporary solution, I restart the Assistance service. But a few weeks passes, it does not update OAB..

Any solution?

check logs:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Logging\OABGeneratorLog and OABDownload folder

It's empty in OABGeneratorLog... OABDownload file appears every one hour

Is there any error message in event log? How about run Get-OfflineAddressBook |Update-OfflineAddressBook to manual update OAB?

Please run Get-MailboxServer | FL Identity,*OAB* to check OWA generation schedule on mailbox server.

If this issue persists, please move OAB generation to another Exchange 2013 mailbox database:
1. Run Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | where {$_.PersistedCapabilities -like "*oab*"} to obtain OAB mailbox.
2. Use Move-Mailbox to another DB for testing.
